semi-autonomous river boat

contributing to safer transportation means in developing regions, the electric semiautonomous river boat employs sensors and AI-assisted software to operate under specific weight loads and water currents as well as automatic-pilot safety mechanisms and increased energy efficiency applications. powered by water jets, the boat features a tri-hull design for increased stability with a wide area for seating on the floor with additional seating arrangements on the sides for passengers with different needs.

for an orderly boarding process, the vehicle features a single entrance at its rear as well as lacks any roofs and other obstructions to increase safety. the structure, electrical systems and propulsion units are built from separate interchangeable components for easy replacement using basic tools, increasing both the cost effectiveness of the vehicles in the long-term.

corporate population center master plan (diagrams)
a scalable contemporary company town layout is proposed in a rural setting (RS) in close proximity to a highway (H). initially encompassing one industrial park (IP) with highway access, two parallel designated bus lanes, light trains or trams (T) connect to and cross two residential areas (RA) with access to a single public area (PA) with administrative, healthcare, educational, commercial and entertainment facilities.

divided in circuits and a large peripheral road (P), public transportation intersects at the center of the complex in the presence of car and bicycle parking lots and commercial areas for convenient transfer. along the addition of a new industrial area and a public transportation routes linking a new habitational development, an extra public space links the existing settlement with a new circuit and peripheral road expansion.
