house
built entirely from concrete, the house features a dominant entrance that links the interior with a peripheral garden, two additional side doors provide alternative access points and help with cross-ventilation as large windows on all sides visually connecting the interior with the outdoor vegetation. regarding its layout, a bathroom is located at the center, effectively dividing a bedroom, kitchen and a multi-purpose space in the absence of additional walls.

residential building
located in a dense urban area between two streets, a new five-story residential building is proposed along an existing detached parking space with elevators and stairs. the building features a dark, semi-matte façade with two arched openings at ground level for pedestrian movement while metaphorically unifying existing structures with a similar height.
the building is composed by a metallic structure, hidden by external curved glass panels that give the impression of a unified body. resembling a cavern, the building features both convex and elongated forms along its body, deflecting air currents and ensuring the flow of snow and rain as well as for a simple maintenance and cleaning.
